Our Story
MC Flooring Solutions is a family-owned business founded in 2017 by father-daughter duo Claude and Melissa, who together boast over 40 years experience in the flooring industry.
Claude began his flooring career in 1992 as a humble salesperson and went on to own several retail stores throughout Sydney. His 30+ years of experience has taken him across the globe to Belgium, Germany, UK, China & USA in search of the world's latest products & flooring technology.

His unrivalled experience makes him one of the most well-respected flooring specialists in the industry.
Melissa had big shoes to fill as a fresh teenager when she joined the industry in 2012. She quickly made a name for herself and spent 5 years as a manager running one of the highest-grossing retail stores in Australia. As a top salesperson she was often approached by industry competitors in search of flooring talent.

On top of her 10+ years of experience she has a university degree in Commerce Marketing.
